Orphan School Creek, Forest Lodge – Wood street Playground: Completed area showing custom designed play equipment in softfall, in situ concrete sand pit structure, softfall and paving surfaces adjacent and single tree pit plantings/bench seating. Photographs demonstrating the works involved in constructing this playground as part of the overall Orphan School Creek Improvement Works project at Forest Lodge for the City of Sydney.
Rushcutter’s Bay Park Oval Upgrade
Rushcutter’s Bay Park & Bartley Oval Upgrade, Rushcutter’s Bay: Construction of a water sensitive designed rain garden. Works consisted of the excavation, installation & connection of appropriate drainage measures importation of required drainage & transitional gravels, filter medium soils, Bioswale mulch & planting to new rain gardens within specifically designed precast walling systems. Objective of the works was to reduce the local pollutant load, provide flood mitigation & enhance the area of the reserve.
