La Corniche’ Apartments, Manly, NSW – The above & below photographs demonstrate another project, in which all works were completed over a concrete podium/slab. A variety of works such as drainage, soil preparation, planting & turfing with irrigation, mulching, paving, exposed aggregate concrete revolving around a specially designed ‘Two-water feature system’ that required – plumbing, tiling, cladding, water pumping, fabrication of steel plinths and a stainless steel spill-way.
